Billings, MT - On Sunday, August 25, St. Vincent Children’s sponsored the Mustangs Mega Candy Drop for the fifth consecutive year. Kiddos anxiously waited as 1,000 pounds of candy was spread across the outfield by the Mustangs ground crew and the team’s mascot, “Homer Mustang.”

The event was introduced in 2014 and quickly became a summer highlight for many in the Billings area.

In addition to the excitement of the candy drop, St. Vincent Healthcare also received two generous donations from local businesses. Sibanye Stillwater presented the HELP Flight team with a $35,500 gift and DOWL will be presented St. Vincent Children’s PICU and pediatric program with a $20,000 gift.

The donations are greatly appreciated and will make a significant impact on our ability to provide the communities we serve with high quality care close to home. We are so thankful for the support of these two local businesses.
