SCL Health Medical Group Celebrates Butte Downtown Clinic Opening

BUTTE, MT  –  With a mission to bring care to Montanans when and where they need it, SCL Health Medical Group has long offered primary and walk-in care in the area with its Butte clinic, located uptown near SCL Health’s St. James hospital. On Wednesday, September 14, the Medical Group officially celebrated the opening of the latest addition to its array of care in Butte: SCL Health Medical Group: Butte Downtown. 

“Butte is a growing community, and the people and families who make up that community need options,” said Chad Paul, Practice Administrator for SCL Health Medical Group in Butte. “They need to be able to access high-quality, affordable care close to home.”

Open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Butte Downtown offers primary care by appointment and walk-in care with no appointment necessary. The clinic also offers X-ray capability and an onsite lab, as well as occupational therapy. And like all SCL Health Medical Group Clinics, Butte Downtown uses online scheduling and check-in tools, making it easy to get care whenever it’s needed, whether planned or unplanned.

Speakers at the celebratory Open House included Paul and Jay Doyle, President of St. James Healthcare. 

“It’s our goal and promise to expand access to care for Montanans,” said Paul. “We’re excited to keep delivering on that promise with this new location in Butte.”
