Platte Valley Medical Center Clinics Have New Names
We have exciting news! As you may have noticed, about a year ago we began the process of transforming our clinic to better serve you through coordinated and connected healthcare services. Part of this process included a new patient portal, electronic medical records system, and a more streamlined billing statement.
Today, we bring that process full circle and are happy to announce that all of Platte Valley Medical Center’s employed clinics now have new names, updated websites, and new signage is coming soon. Please take note of these important changes:
| Old Name | New Name |
| Apex Surgical Partners | Platte Valley Medical Group – General & Trauma Surgery |
| Eagle Ridge Medical | Platte Valley Medical Group – Reunion Family Medicine |
| Harmony Women's Health Center | Platte Valley Medical Group – Brighton OB-Gyn Reunion OB-Gyn |
| Integrative Internal Medicine | Platte Valley Medical Group – Brighton Integrative Internal Medicine Reunion Integrative Internal Medicine |
| Walk Right In | Platte Valley Medical Group – Walk-In Care |
| Mountain View Orthopedics | SCL Health Medical Group – Orthopedics |
| High Plains Heart & Vascular Center | SCL Health Heart and Vascular Institute – Brighton |
We know that having access to coordinated care between providers is important to our patients. This change brings more clinical services, easier access to medical records, and less paperwork. This new structure not only represents our full group of talented providers, associates and clinics, but further connects us with Platte Valley and SCL Health.
Remember, the providers and staff aren’t changing. It’s just the name and sign on the door.
SCL Health is a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to improving the health of the people and communities we serve. Founded by the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth in 1864, our health network provides comprehensive, coordinated care through eight hospitals, more than 180 physician clinics, home health, hospice, mental health, and safety-net services in Colorado and the Montana Wyoming region.
