Intermountain St. Mary’s Health Fair Brings Screenings and Community Resources to Clifton, Colorado, Residents

Intermountain Health St. Mary’s Regional Hospital will host its second annual community Health Fair, bringing vital health resources to the Clifton, Colorado, community. 

The event is open to the public, with resources and experts available in both English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for all families.

The Intermountain St. Mary’s Health Fair will feature a wide range of health screenings, including flu shots provided by Kroger, blood pressure checks, heart rate and body fat assessments, grip strength tests, and diabetes and fall risk evaluations. 

Attendees can also connect with local community organizations offering education on suicide prevention, food assistance, affordable housing, and helmet safety. Roice-Hurst Humane Society will also provide free pet vaccinations, and families can enjoy pumpkin decorating and hands-on science activities with Eureka Science Center and Museums of Western Colorado.

“This event is about breaking down barriers to care and making health resources approachable for everyone,” said Victoria Grasmick, community health program manager at Intermountain St. Mary’s Regional Hospital. “By bringing together local organizations, we’re creating a space where families can learn, connect, and take steps toward healthier lives.”

Food Bank of the Rockies and Mesa County Public Health are also joining in this collaborative effort to support health, safety, and wellness across Mesa County.

“The Health Fair reflects Intermountain St. Mary’s commitment to helping people live the healthiest lives possible by reducing barriers to preventive care and connecting residents with crucial resources,” said Grasmick.

There’s no cost for admission to the event.
