Intermountain Health Offers New Orthopedic Services at Intermountain Health Holy Rosary Hospital to Enhance Care for Patients in Eastern Montana
Intermountain Health Holy Rosary Hospital is expanding access to specialized care and surgical options for patients in Miles City, Montana, and communities across eastern Montana.
Through a partnership with Ortho Montana, Intermountain Holy Rosary Hospital will offer expanded access to orthopedic evaluation, surgery, and treatment, including specialists in hand, hip, knee, sports medicine and pediatrics.
“This expanded service reflects our continued commitment to keeping high-quality, specialty care in the communities we serve,” said Ben Uhlich, president and chief nursing officer for Intermountain Holy Rosary Hospital. “Expanding orthopedic services in Miles City allows patients to access the care they need close to home, easing the burden of travel while enhancing our comprehensive orthopedic care—from diagnosis through surgery, rehabilitation, and follow-up"

The new 6,500 square-foot orthopedic services area at Intermountain Holy Rosary was designed to meet the growing need for orthopedic care in the region.
The team began seeing patients on April 1 in the new space.
