Intermountain Health Good Samaritan Hospital Introduces Ladies’ Night Out
Intermountain Health Good Samaritan Hospital is welcoming women from across the community to join a fun and meaningful Ladies’ Night Out on Thursday, Oct. 1 from 5 to 8 p.m. for an evening dedicated to health and well-being.
The event will bring women together to learn, recharge, and enjoy time with friends. Guests can expect health resources, conversations with trusted caregivers, and engaging activities created to support women at every stage of life.
“Ladies’ Night Out is more than a fun evening together. It’s an opportunity for women in our community to connect, learn about their health, and take steps toward living their healthiest lives,” said Kevin Jenkins, Good Samaritan Hospital president. “We’re excited to welcome our neighbors to Good Samaritan Hospital on Oct. 1 and share resources, education, and support that can make a meaningful difference in their well-being.”
Guests can speak with local healthcare providers, learn about the services available locally, practice hands-only CPR, have blood pressure checks, enjoy food, and have a chance to win prizes.
Topics to explore include prenatal and pregnancy care, mental health resources, menopause, breast health, wellness, cancer care, nutrition, and more.
“We look forward to showcasing the multiple women-focused health services and offerings,” said Shana Bolliger, Good Samaritan Hospital director of cardiovascular and oncology services. “As women, we often spend much of our time and energy to caring for others while putting our own health last. Ladies’ Night Out is an opportunity to change that.”
Bolliger said the goal is for every woman to leave feeling informed, empowered, and reminded that prioritizing her own health is not selfish, it's essential.
There is no charge to attend, but preregistration is requested. Women can register by visiting Ladies’ Night Out.
