Holy Rosary Recognized with CDC Full Recognition for Diabetes Prevention
Miles City, MT - Holy Rosary Healthcare is pleased to share that it has earned a CDC Full recognition for our continued efforts around diabetes prevention. This designation recognizes the outstanding commitment shown from our Healthy Lifestyles Program to delivering the highest quality of education and resources to prevent type 2 diabetes in eastern Montana, throughout our state and nationally.
This recognition is due to the countless hours that our Healthy Lifestyles program has spent with our community inside the classroom and even following our participants’ completion of the program.
“This recognition demonstrates our continued efforts to lower the risks of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease,” said Liane Vadheim, Clinical Dietitian. “This is thanks to the participation of our community and desire to create sustainable lifestyle changes.”
