Holy Rosary Clinic welcomes Yolanda Janshen, NP and Justin Nagy, PA

Miles City, MT - Holy Rosary Clinic is excited to announce the addition of two full-time providers to the Walk-In Clinic. Yolanda Janshen, NP and Justin Nagy, PA-C joined in October and November, respectively, to provide full-time walk-in services for our patients.

Yolanda received her Associates of Science in Nursing from Miles Community College in 2013 and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University-Northern in 2016. She began her training for her Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016 while working as an RN at Holy Rosary. She initially worked in Acute Care, caring for patients on the Medical/Surgical Unit and then transitioned to the Obstetrics unit in March 2016, where she cared for patients until the completion of her FNP degree. Yolanda and her husband have a son and are excited to be able to stay close to family in Miles City.

Justin grew up in the town of Sunburst, MT north of Great Falls. He attended Montana State University in Bozeman for his undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with Highest Honors in 2013. After completing undergraduate studies, he worked at the Bozeman Health Cancer Center as an Oncology Phlebotomist until 2017, when he was accepted into the Duke University Masters of Health Science Physician Assistant program, which he completed in 2019. He is excited to return to Montana with his wife and three children.

Holy Rosary’s Walk-In Clinic is open from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.. on Saturday and Sunday.

Walk-In Clinic is intended for evaluation and treatment of the following:

  • Colds, cough and sore throat
  • Sprains or strains
  • Cuts and scrapes
  • Minor burns and rashes
  • Earache or sinus pain
  • Suspected urinary tract infections
  • Minor allergic reactions
  • Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea; less than 24 hours
  • Fever of 101 degrees or less
  • For treatment of minor illnesses and injuries
