Colorado Media Invited to Intermountain Medical Office Building Grand Opening Event in Aurora

WHAT:
Intermountain Health East Crossroads Medical Office Building in Aurora will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and members of the media are invited.
Patients can access appointments for primary care, podiatry and heart and vascular services in this new medical office building. In the coming months, Intermountain Health will add medical professionals in general surgery, orthopedics, and spine care.
“As the Denver metro area continues to grow, we are focusing on providing affordable primary and specialty care to more patients, and meeting the increased demand for quality healthcare,” said Lee Syphus, region vice president of Intermountain Health Medical Group operations.
The East Crossroads Medical Office Building is a continuation of Intermountain Health’s expansion into Aurora and the surrounding areas in the east Denver metro area. The clinic provides a connection to other east Denver clinics including Green Valley Ranch, Buckley, Copperleaf, and Brighton. The clinic also is conveniently located to Intermountain Health’s Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver and Platte Valley Hospital in Brighton. “This gives patients a pathway to more options for acute care when that is needed,” said Rob Ferguson, Intermountain Health region chief medical officer.
Construction began on the 80,000-square-foot building in spring 2023. The project was completed in partnership with Nexcore and Nuveen.
